How to Use This Calculator

• Trade amount: How much USD you're putting into this trade.
• Raw spread: The price difference between the buy exchange and sell exchange, as a percentage. Find this on the live monitor.
• Buy/sell fee: Standard trading fees per leg. Binance charges 0.10% (or 0.075% with BNB). Use presets to quickly fill common exchanges.
• Transfer fee: The cost to move coins from the buy exchange to the sell exchange. Use $0 if you have funds pre-positioned on both exchanges.

What Is "Break-Even Spread"?

This is the minimum spread needed to cover all your fees and not lose money. At buy fee 0.10% + sell fee 0.10%, your break-even is 0.20%. Any spread above 0.20% is profit; below it is a loss.

If you also have a $2 transfer fee on a $1,000 trade, that adds 0.20% — so your break-even rises to 0.40%. This is why fast transfers (XRP, SOL) or pre-positioning capital are important for profitability.
